This E-Sign Consent (“Consent”) describes how you may receive disclosures and communications from Home Warranty Shield electronically. By using our websites or submitting forms, you agree to electronic delivery unless you withdraw consent as described below.

Electronic delivery

We may provide notices, agreements, receipts, plan documents, and other communications (“Records”) electronically via email, text link, or by posting them to your account/portal (if available).

Hardware and software requirements

A device capable of accessing the internet (computer/phone/tablet).
A current web browser and an active email address.
Ability to view and save/print PDF files (if we provide PDFs).

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive Records electronically by contacting us at info@homewarrantyshield.com. If you withdraw, we may provide Records in paper form and may charge a reasonable fee where permitted by law.

Updating your contact information

You are responsible for keeping your email and phone number current so you can receive Records.

Paper copies

You may request a paper copy of certain Records by contacting support. We may charge a reasonable fee where allowed.
